Le Cyrano sur Deauville

Superb place, the food was delicious, the dishes beautifully presented, and the service impeccable. A big thank you to the waitress, who was particularly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

During a short stop in Deauville, we were looking for a place to have a morning coffee after a walk on the beach, when the city was just waking up. Based on the reviews, we chose Le Cyrano and for a quick coffee it served its purpose. As the sign at the entrance says “Café & Cigarette”, that is exactly the atmosphere of the place – a typical French café, where smoking is common with coffee. The coffee was good and the service was pleasant, but we personally prefer quieter cafés focused more on the coffee culture itself. If you are looking for an authentic French atmosphere, this may be a good choice for you.

Whether it's for a proper coffee/breakfast, a drink, or lunch… The daily specials are renowned in the neighborhood (personally, I'm also a sucker for the salmon tartare—finally, a real one!). The service is impeccable, always classy and friendly, and the tobacconist is a constant ray of sunshine. Cyrano is one of a kind. Classy, ​​a true institution.

Arthur has taken over from the previous owners (who were also very good) very well, subtly adding his own touch. Cyrano is a local institution! The staff are professional and very welcoming (it's always the same team, which is very important), with an owner who supports them during service (all credit to him), allowing him to be close to his customers. May things continue this way. Because you feel comfortable and confident in this establishment. A breath of fresh air in a verdant setting, whether you're having a meal or just a drink. If you're not a demanding customer, this brasserie can only welcome you with warmth and kindness, offering you quality service. Great establishment near the Royal. The café has a wonderful atmosphere, and the coffee is excellent too. I would have added dressing to the salad and served the steak tartare in a larger portion. Nevertheless, the establishment deserves 5 stars for the quality of its atmosphere.
