Aman provides excellent service; I run into him very regularly for breakfast. However, like many shops in the station, the prices are very high considering the quality of the products.

06/03/2026: This dinner ended up being, far and away, the best of our recent Paris visit. We were warmly welcomed, and the service was consistently attentive and accommodating. One of us required a vegan menu and the rest had the standard tasting menu. The dishes were extraordinary: There was obvious effort put into creating as elevated a plant-based dish as the classic menu. Prior to our arrival, several different friends (both Parisian and American) recommended we eat here, and I can now see why. We are looking forward to returning very soon.
01/03/2026: Precisely executed cooking delivered with warm horpitality. Outstanding in one of the world’s great cities. Best of the best.
