You order a Schweppes citrus drink to refresh yourself, and guess what? The Schweppes wasn't cold at all. I'm going to go on about the sandwiches my daughter and son-in-law ate almost two weeks ago. She remarked that the sandwich wasn't cold either, and sure enough, she was sick the next day, confirmed by a blood test and stool analysis (bacteria). I wonder if they're cutting corners on that too (the cold stuff). Do the health inspectors carry out surprise checks? Disappointed with this store in Saint-Herblain 🤨😔😤😡

The sign says "open from 9:00 AM"... but at 9:30 AM it's still not open, even though there are staff chatting behind the curtain? Have the hours changed?

There's a very smiley blond waiter, I think his name is Enzo. He's very kind and pleasant; I love it when he's the one taking my order. He's very professional and attracts customers with his good humor.

Feeling a bit peckish, I stopped at Brioche Doré and was served by Karl with immense kindness. I loved it, thank you again, I highly recommend it!

We were very well served by a super friendly young woman. She asked her colleague for some information, and the colleague spoke rudely to her in front of us. She told her that we weren't going to quibble over €1. I didn't thank her for her welcome.

21/08/2026: A very good experience despite the crowds. The waitresses were very friendly and the service was quick and efficient. Special mention to the generously topped Nutella waffle – a nice change!

21/07/2026: I don't know what to think of this restaurant. We arrived first, but were among the last to leave because the service was incredibly slow. The meal was decent, although some of it was clearly not made on-site. As for the drinks, you shouldn't be too concerned about the bartender's hygiene. The same gloved hand used to cut fruit or handle ingredients was also used to open the trash can—which, ironically, has a foot pedal! And let's not even mention the ice machine door, which is closed with a foot pedal and then reopened with the same hand that prepares your drinks... And it's a bit pricey for the quality of the drinks and food. In short...
10/07/2026: Thankfully the food is good, but the service definitely needs improvement. Is there any training? Probably not! The waitresses wander around aimlessly and then nothing happens. A little organization would be very welcome!
