The setting, the service, and the cuisine are impeccable. The flavors and the interplay of textures are excellent. The waitress knows all the products inside and out and offers great advice. Go there, you'll have a wonderful time! We will definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team for this lovely evening!

What an amazing meal! The food was exceptional, artistic and above all locally sourced. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. My food allergies were more than taken into consideration- they really did go above and beyond. A fabulous experience that I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a gift voucher at Brut. A lovely experience. The setting is very nice. We ate very well, perhaps even too much 😅. We appreciated the friendliness of the waitresses.

We went there with friends tonight, and it was fantastic. We ordered three tasting menus and one wine-pairing tasting menu. Everything was delicious, refined, and original. The service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was great. We were comfortably seated... What more could you ask for? Truly excellent, and what a pleasure to eat local food like that! A big thank you to the Brut team!

Thanks to Ici Armorique for introducing us to Jean Jacques Monfort's restaurant. Surprising flavors, local products, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert—everything was delicious. Original presentation, impeccable service, each dish well described, and the wine pairings were perfect. We highly recommend this restaurant! 👍

This restaurant had been highly recommended to us. The food was perfect, the dishes wonderfully prepared. What a shame the service wasn't up to the same standard. The welcome was icy, and we weren't given a choice of table despite the dining room being almost empty (but there was a noisy group we couldn't get away from). We were expecting a third guest for dessert, which had been announced upon our arrival. When we went to order, the waitress refused to serve an additional dessert... so we went to get it elsewhere.

The welcome was rather cold, the waitresses seemed condescending... The food was excellent. A great find. The evening was very noisy, which was unfortunate for us. There was a disconnect between the style of cuisine and the service we received.
