Dinner yesterday with friends. An exceptional moment. Everything was perfect. The amuse-bouches were truly excellent. The subsequent courses were delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the skate with Tremuson mustard and the 60-hour cooked pork—it was exceptional. The chef is very friendly; he personally serves in the dining room and has a kind word for everyone. The waitress is very efficient and very friendly. We were truly delighted. Thank you very much.

The setting, the service, and the cuisine are impeccable. The flavors and the interplay of textures are excellent. The waitress knows all the products inside and out and offers great advice.

What an amazing meal! The food was exceptional, artistic and above all locally sourced. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. My food allergies were more than taken into consideration- they really did go above and beyond. A fabulous experience that I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a gift voucher at Brut. A lovely experience. The setting is very nice. We ate very well, perhaps even too much 😅.

We went there with friends tonight, and it was fantastic.
We ordered three tasting menus and one wine-pairing tasting menu. Everything was delicious, refined, and original. The service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was great. We were comfortably seated... What more could you ask for? Truly excellent, and what a pleasure to eat local food like that!
