It's simple: Café Shobu has the best bubble tea in Chambéry. I haven't had the chance to try any other drinks yet, but given the quality of the bubble teas, I'd bet against the Café. My only complaint is the heat in summer. It's stifling, and the air doesn't circulate in the shop; you're sweating profusely before you even get your bubble tea. But otherwise, I recommend everyone go during off-peak hours when the café isn't crowded, a victim of its well-deserved success!
