Bubble Tree sur Le Palais

26/07/2026: By chance we ended up at this place and it was fantastic. Great atmosphere, cosy environment (cosy old pub style) and friendly staff. And the food was excellent, so good we gobbled it up and didn’t take any pictures! Tastiest and most authentic food I have had on Belle-Ile.

26/07/2026: The quality of a restaurant run by a master chef is unmistakable. We savored a seafood fricassee, sweetbreads, a rare ribeye steak cooked over an open fire, and a shared floating island dessert. Only the freshest ingredients were used, and the staff was incredibly friendly, even offering a wine tasting before we ordered. We're already back in two days to enjoy freshly caught sea bass baked in a salt crust. We re-seated at the same table with a window overlooking the harbor entrance, although the terrace would have been perfectly adequate. We highly recommend this restaurant, which is undoubtedly one of the best in Palais, offering excellent value for money. Please share your experience to help support these authentic establishments.
