Bubble Vie sur Paris

Nice place, open for a while. There's another Colline d'Asie one street over. I think their Banh mi could be improved; personally, there's another shop where they're cheaper and better. Plus, they're made in advance, so they lose some of their flavor. The fried rice is good, and the set menus are reasonably priced. I tried a kind of brioche, and it was okay, but nothing special. Water is available by the self-service tap next to the register, but not at every table. The service is usually friendly and adequate. Nice place to eat, but nothing special.
