Buffalo Grill sur Montlucon

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. We had a great evening. The karaoke room was magnificent.

Had a delicious meal. Better than the other Buffalo Grills I visited elsewhere. Fries and chicken delicious and hot. The floor manager and staff do their job well. As it should be!

Brand new, renovated restaurant. Simple but well-presented cuisine and reasonable prices for the set menus. Warm atmosphere and very friendly service. Tables for six have board games. We had a lovely time as a family with two teenagers who played Ludo! The restaurant also has a karaoke room to try with friends!

A warm welcome from Wana and the manager, a very satisfying meal, would definitely return.

We are regular Buffalo Grill customers. The value for money is decent, but what's generally a problem is the wait for our order and the food to arrive. We went to the new Buffalo Grill in Montluçon on August 18th around 12:30 with our two grandchildren. Our first impression was very positive. The decor is new. It's very nice. Well done! Only one dining area was open, and a few people were waiting for a table to become available, even though several tables were free. We were asked to wait. After 10 minutes, we were told that the wait time was indefinite. We left and had lunch at another restaurant in town. Our grandchildren were disappointed that we left the Buffalo Grill they had requested. It's August. We can understand the staff shortage, but it's a shame for the chain to miss out on potential revenue. Therefore, I can't rate the food, the service, etc., given this disappointing experience. We'll return to the Buffalo Grill in Montluçon, but with caution and probably arriving right at the beginning of service. What a shame!

Quick and efficient service. Kudos to the young servers, who are efficient and energetic. However, it seems that adding one or two more staff members to assist them would be beneficial. Well done to this team. The meal was decent for the price. I recommend it.

It's a beautiful restaurant, recently renovated with modern touches. It was very busy and probably understaffed, but they managed it like pros. Special mention to Nadia for her smile and cheerful disposition. We'll gladly come back when we're in the area again. Keep up the good work with your smiles; it's a lovely place to be.

Family meal this evening. The young servers were very energetic, well done! We ate very well. Good value for money. The restaurant could really use one or two more staff members to help the current ones. Some background music would be a nice touch. Thank you to your team. I recommend the restaurant.
