Buffalo Grill sur Montlucon

I went for lunch one day with my mother, a small, budget-friendly restaurant—always a treat. We went in, and instead of little Indian figurines, there were pictures of Las Vegas. My little brother had gotten himself into serious debt at the casino, so I didn't condone that kind of treachery. But the real unpleasant surprise was when Jean-Paul served us. And that's when disaster struck. He broke a glass, didn't pick it up, saying it wasn't his job, and forced us to go to the karaoke room and sing Patrick Bruel songs—a great singer, according to him. He made us play a game of Snakes and Ladders and sat down with us. I might be a pain, but I would have liked my complimentary salad, to choose my burger, and to be able to talk to my mother. Thank goodness Mel, the wonderful manager, came over and saved the day. She served us a free aperitif, told us we wouldn't be charged for karaoke, and finished the service with us while Jean Paul continued to annoy everyone in the room.

We received a quick and friendly welcome. We're familiar with Buffalo Grill; the menu is extensive, the ribs are excellent, and the bison steak is tender. Despite the large number of customers, the service is efficient; the waitresses and waitresses are attentive and responsive when we ask for water or anything else. The restaurant is well located.

Visited on a busy Sunday so few children about 😀 but I can’t fault anything. Worth a visit for sure. Staff very good and attentive.

Great welcome! But the burgers... They're a joke... €16 for a burger with a cold Harrys bun and a (well-cooked) patty that was way too small compared to the rest... I can make much better at home for less money... I hadn't been here for 10 years, and I won't be back anytime soon...

We came for a birthday. Nice new concept, great welcome, fast service.

I arrived at 1 p.m. and had to wait 30 minutes in the entrance to be seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables. I was about to leave when they finally came to seat me. However, once I was seated, things moved very quickly, as if they wanted me to leave immediately, although the waitress was friendly. The food itself was decent. In short, if you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you.

We had a delicious meal. The restaurant has recently undergone a renovation and has improved significantly as a result. It is fresh, open, and well laid out. We were served quickly and were spoken to very kindly in English. The menu is very extensive. There is a nice menu for children. Having a game room is nice for the kids, but it wasn't really necessary because we were served so quickly. We will definitely be back.

The servers were nice, but the wait for the food was far too long.

Friendly staff, fast service. Compared to other Buffalo Grill restaurants (and we frequent them all over France), it's pretty good. It was very busy, so it was a bit noisy!
