25/02/2026: My wife and I ate here last night. We went in shortly after it opened at 19.00. We sat on the only remaining table for 2. Service was prompt and helpful yet gave us space when we needed it. We shared a starter of Foie Gras which was excellent . Then we both had the boeuf pave. We had them cooked differently and they were what we wanted. Lots of really fresh bread served too. We had a bottle of chenin for €27. Delicious food, well presented, great service. Looking forward to going back tomorrow night.

13/03/2026: Visited in January 2026 with friends. It's a very friendly restaurant with fun, unusual decor. There was a bit of a wait, but the staff was so pleasant that it flew by. A great evening!

27/02/2026: Patapain is great except for one drawback: the students. They make noise and, above all, they're incredibly vulgar. They need to understand that this is a public place, so they need to respect the good customers. Personally, I'm shocked because most of them come and don't buy anything, or they go to Lidl to get their food and then come to Patapain to eat it. I've seen it all!

08/04/2026: Patapain was nice until I discovered that your supply chain still supports cruel practices. Knowing that, in standard farms, piglets have their tails docked and their teeth ground down, while sows spend half their lives in cages, has deeply tarnished my customer experience. I won't be coming back 😞
