21/07/2024: Incredible moment with my darling, the chef's dishes were very, very good and innovative! The rooms are very clean and well insulated, we slept very well.
27/06/2024: I stayed one night at the Hôtel des Bourbons following the evacuation of my apartment. The only reason for this review is to thank the lady in charge of breakfast, who was extraordinarily kind.

18/06/2024: So the food is not cooked at all, the steaks were red, it looked like it had just come out of the fridge, I asked for a smart menu so that is to say that the small burgers with a dessert and a drink were not menu at this price and so I had to pay 19 euros because there were no menus at 11e90.... Ashamed at 20e I buy groceries...

21/05/2024: Horrible customer service... On April 29 I placed a "click and collect" order, 1 hour later I received a call to tell me that they were out of the requested products, my order was therefore canceled. I am informed of a refund within 48 hours. Today 05/21/24 still no refund, so I call in the morning to find out more. The staff told me to inform their director. During a call back because there was no news at the beginning of the afternoon, I was given the director, she informed me that she did not know how the procedure was going and therefore asked the accounting department for a reimbursement which would be effective in 7 days. .. 30 seconds to debit an order that you cannot have but more than a month for reimbursement, I strongly advise against... No reimbursement can be made directly in store...
