Overall a good experience, I'm not hard to please. Me and my daughter came in the evening for her birthday 🎂, I told the manager about my daughter's birthday today. This was taken into account but not noted. We ordered and a very pleasant and smiling waitress who was just starting served us (I don't remember her first name). I am always satisfied during my visits to this restaurant but today a little disappointed not to have had the music of the little Indians for my daughter. I don't blame the team who may have had a little communication problem. But it’s nothing dramatic, my daughter was not traumatized by this lack 🙂. The marshmallows in his ice cream erased that x).

We came for lunch this afternoon and were served by Elise and Christelle who are in training. We had a good time. Another waiter brought us our dessert, the whole team was pleasant. A little back-to-school gift was given for my grandson, we will come back

La chaine est connue depuis des décennies !
Une nouvelle politique, apparemment, est de réduire les choix dans les menus afin de monter en gamme de prix vers les spécialités ?
Entrecôte tendre, côte de boeuf correcte. on a été satisfait.
Service agréable mais pas de carafe d'eau fournie d'une manière immédiate.

Nous reviendrons, nous aimons manger ensemble à Buffalo Salvaza quand nous venons sur Carcassonne.
Le personnel est à l'écoute et très gentil.
