At the Buffalo Grill in Carcassonne... a waiter named Zaki... attentive and energetic, he looks after his customers' well-being. The food was very good, but Zaki's excellent service truly made the difference. A rare gem for this establishment! We will definitely be back. Thank you... to him and the whole team! 👍

Things got off to a bad start due to staff shortages; Buffalo Grill opened at 12:30 PM.
Then, the food was served lukewarm: ribeye steak, fries, and green beans. I asked for more food, which they did, with an extra portion of fries.
However, as compensation, they offered a gourmet coffee and a decaf as an apology. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. They should be careful not to repeat this experience too often, as customers were unhappy.

Nice concept if you want good pieces of meat with excellent French fries. Prices are very reasonable and food quality is above average. We came late and they must have sent some wait staff home because we waited 15 mn to order drinks.
The first course came, prosciutto , so I ask butter to spread on my very good warm baked French bread.
The waiter came back saying the kitchen did not have butter !? First time ever in France I get this answer !
Overall, good experience, it's a chain and you will always have a good meal there.

After a long hiatus from the chain, we had the opportunity to try a Buffalo Grill again this summer. Despite a very friendly welcome, we were somewhat disappointed with our meals: the chicken skewer was overcooked, as was my ribeye steak, even though I ordered it medium. Unfortunately, several items on the menu were unavailable (no salads). It's worth noting that the restaurant is showing its age and could use a refresh.
