The service was very good, but the meat wasn't cooked to the exact specifications, and I had some doubts about its freshness. Otherwise, the children had a great time, and the staff were pleasant and attentive.

The waiter was extremely unpleasant and clearly more interested in chatting with the girls next to us than working. We asked for a simple carafe of water three times and only received it at the end of our meal, but had no problem bringing it to the girls at the beginning of their meal. He told us he was coming with a very disdainful air, as if we were bothering him. Buffalo Grill is fine, but this waiter is not.

Fantastic place, really cool style! The waiter not only spoke English but also German, very good service. Food was super, we ate there two nights during our stay in Pontarlier. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic time as a family last night. We hadn't booked and were able to get a quiet booth without any trouble. We received a very warm welcome, and our waiter, Jérémy, is truly made for the job! The food was delicious and served quickly. It's nothing like the Buffalo Grill in Lons-le-Saunier, which should really take a leaf out of their book.

Restaurant la Pinte Comtoise

15/05/2026: A small, cozy restaurant serving traditional French food. We ordered a fondue, which came with salad and cured meats. They bring a very generous tray of bread for dipping. Personally, I didn't enjoy the fondue because of its texture—partly liquid and partly lumpy—but my companions thoroughly enjoyed it.
03/05/2026: The service was extremely slow; it took over half an hour to pick up our order even though it wasn't that busy. The food was very good, but I recommend ordering a starter to be fully satisfied; the main course alone won't be enough.
