The atmosphere and decor of the place are quite pleasant and thoughtful. Although it's a meat-focused restaurant, the taste and quality fell short of my expectations. The beef medallions, in particular, were quite tough and difficult to eat. The beef carpaccio was delicious. The service time was good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it remains in my memory more as a casual visit than a special experience.

Excellent! Christophe was perfect throughout the meal, offering an exceptional experience. He met all our expectations and answered all our questions about the cuisine. He even explained the origin of the potatoes used for fries. He also cracked a few lighthearted, pleasant jokes. Christophe should be the manager of every Buffalo Grill in France. Long live Christophe, our great unifier!

I ordered Cajun salmon with fries and vegetables. I waited 20 minutes, and the waitress came by, saying that salmon was their longest-cooking meat. I started eating, and the inside of the salmon was raw!
Fresh salmon usually cooks very quickly, but oh well. The cook finally came back with my cooked salmon and apologized, saying that the first one had fallen over, so he made me another.
Otherwise, it was very good with fries, green beans, and sautéed vegetables. It's a shame there were no baked potatoes at 6:00 PM. The waitress was nice. They even offered me a free pineapple juice.

This is a must-visit for us! We go at least once a month with our children, aged 6 and 11.
The added bonus is that when we arrive, the owner remembers us and gives us a wonderfully warm welcome; it's lovely.
