25/01/2026: From the start, we were asked if we wanted an aperitif (which we declined), then if we wanted a bottle of still or sparkling water. We clearly asked for a regular carafe of water. The waitress returned with a glass carafe, without mentioning that it was a bottle that would be charged.
During our meal, we asked for another carafe of water when ordering dessert. The desserts arrived without water, so I asked another waiter for a carafe, who brought me a proper carafe of water. It was at this point that we realized the first carafe was actually a bottle. We agreed to pay for it, since it had already been consumed, even though it wasn't what we had initially requested.
However, a few minutes later, the waitress returned with a second bottle of water, which we refused, explaining that the carafe had already been brought.
Looking at the receipt after payment, we noticed that both bottles of water had been charged, even though the second one wasn't consumed and we clearly had a carafe of water available at the time.
I find this unfortunate and unfair, especially since we specifically requested a carafe of water from the outset.
Despite this, the service was quick and the food was quite good.
25/01/2026: It's always a real pleasure to spend an evening here. The staff and owner are incredibly attentive and lovely. Plus, there are electric charging points on site, which is very convenient!
