At 11:40 AM, I was the first customer, served immediately by a very friendly young waiter, the rest of the staff being equally helpful. I enjoyed it. This Buffalo Grill is, for me, an almost essential stop whenever I'm in the Charente-Maritime region. Keep it up!

06/09/2026: Following my complaint that the staff had forgotten some sandwiches in my order, this restaurant offered me a large "best of" sandwich as compensation. This restaurant demonstrated responsiveness and responsibility towards its customers. I must admit that, after my previous negative Google review, my perspective on customer service has changed; in my opinion, they were very attentive. PS: Don't throw away your receipt; the only email address for complaints is printed on it, and I was lucky enough to find it.
27/08/2026: Not to be rude, but the presentation of your sandwiches needs improvement. I went back to the Vendôme location this evening and it's still the same: the bread on top is falling off to one side, the cheese to the other, and the ketchup fills the paper wrapping the sandwich. Renovating the restaurant is all well and good, but that's not what keeps customers.
