27/08/2026: Not to be rude, but the presentation of your sandwiches needs improvement. I went back to the Vendôme location this evening and it's still the same: the bread on top is falling off to one side, the cheese to the other, and the ketchup fills the paper wrapping the sandwich. Renovating the restaurant is all well and good, but that's not what keeps customers.
17/08/2026: A major quality issue considering the price!! The sodas were disgusting, flat, and hot. The wraps were poorly made, just rolled up. There's a huge lack of care; you can tell the staff couldn't care less.
