The McDonald's in Vendôme, which is usually served very badly, made a mistake with the order and it was cold. They also forgot things, which didn't help at all.

Recurring problem: the portions aren't there!
We're always well received, no problem there.
The wait is often long, but we put up with it.
However, what really exasperates us, even though we've mentioned it to the staff several times, is the lack of quantity!
We're not asking for the fries to be overflowing like they have been in the past, but simply to get the portion we pay for.
As proof, here's a photo of the four portions of fries we bought this week... and two weeks ago, and no, we hadn't even started eating yet.
I should point out that these are the Maxi Best Of meals.
The same goes for the McFlurries, which are often quite small.
Everything else is fine, but thank you in advance to the team for fixing this.

I appreciate that the playroom is indoors; it allows me to be with the children and let them play as much as they want without worrying. The service was excellent, as was the meal.

The restaurant is quite clean overall, including the restrooms.
The staff is friendly, pleasant, and smiling.
Service is quick.
There's plenty of parking.
The children's play area is large and clean.
Furthermore, we ordered three Happy Meals, and it's the first time we've ever been given three different books, and it's really great not having to go back to the counter to ask for a change!

The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms.
There are large play areas for children; my son really enjoyed it. The staff was competent and quick, which is very rare for a McDonald's. Also, usually when you buy three or four kids' meals, you get the same book, but here they gave out three different ones.
Thank you for the warm welcome and service.
I highly recommend it.
