McDonald's sur Saint-Ouen

Not to be rude, but the presentation of your sandwiches needs improvement. I went back to the Vendôme location this evening and it's still the same: the bread on top is falling off to one side, the cheese to the other, and the ketchup fills the paper wrapping the sandwich. Renovating the restaurant is all well and good, but that's not what keeps customers.

A perfect play area for relaxing with the kids. No complaints about the food or service!

A major quality issue considering the price!! The sodas were disgusting, flat, and hot. The wraps were poorly made, just rolled up. There's a huge lack of care; you can tell the staff couldn't care less.

I am giving my opinion objectively so that your establishment can improve. The average rating today is 3.1, which matches the rating I would give. Positive Points: The restaurant was pleasant, the welcome was good, the service was fairly quick, and the desserts that were not delivered later were indeed delivered with the order. Negative Points: The drinks were not labeled; it was impossible to tell which was the cherry Coke and which was the regular. The same was true for the sandwiches. Some were personalized sandwiches without lettuce or onions, and there were no labels indicating this. We had to open each sandwich individually and check inside to see which ones had been personalized. Luckily, there weren't many of us. Some drinks were ordered with ice, but all of them were served without. The sandwiches were not made with care; this was immediately apparent upon unwrapping them. The steaks or chicken were sticking out on one side, and there was a lot of sauce dripping down the sides. And some orders placed without salad had small pieces of salad stuck around them. Conclusion: This restaurant could definitely improve if it took customer feedback into account.

To counter the recent negative reviews that made me hesitate to go, I decided to go. But in the end, no regrets. Fast, high-quality service with hot, well-salted, and crispy fries. Good, hot burgers. Clean restrooms. No complaints.

This new setup is quite good; the service is pleasant and fast for lunchtime on August 4th.

Here, the sauces (curry, Chinese) were a bit too colorful (RIP my white t-shirt), and the bacon bits in the C.B.O. were a little overcooked. Service was OK. Honestly, it was a banger burger. A little disappointed, no music to celebrate birthdays like at Buffalo Grill 🥲. Please fix that, my child was very sad (Emma/Bro). The restrooms are poorly lit; I suggest installing LEDs (multicolored if possible). One small thing: fries were floating around in my potato wedges (good job, Kylie).

First McDonald's I've seen that was so clean. It's a nice stop during a road trip on vacation.

A great stop on our holiday road trip. The play area and family room were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly and was hot. Everything was perfect except perhaps for one more toilet. Thank you.

On July 31st around 7:15 PM, the service was excellent. I ordered a drive-thru, and everything was perfectly synchronized in the kitchen. The restaurant was clean. The staff was pleasant, almost a model of excellence for McDonald's, which are failing in this regard. Because people check the orders before sending them out. I'm not usually one to give compliments.
