I hadn't been here in a while. I came for dinner tonight and discovered the new Buffalo Grill team. The service was very pleasant, our waiter Thiago was very friendly, and the meal was excellent. Thanks also to the grill masters. Looking forward to coming back for more!

So, both the service and the food were very good. The problem arose when my partner and I were talking to a very friendly waiter who was explaining his career path. The manager came to see him because we were ordering wine for dessert and she didn't understand why. Then, an hour later, we noticed there was no toilet paper in the women's restroom. We reported this to the manager, Noémie, who was rather unpleasant and blamed the previous manager, even though we arrived around 8 pm on a Sunday evening. So, please ensure that other managers improve and don't blame the waiters who are doing their job well.

13/09/2026: I've eaten at this restaurant several times; the welcome is always warm, the chef makes excellent traditional dishes, and as soon as you take a bite, you want to stay and try everything. Plus, the menus are varied. Honestly, it's a great place. I recommend it to anyone in Firminy or just passing through who's looking for a cozy and elegant place to eat. 🫶🏽❤️
