I've eaten at this restaurant several times; the welcome is always warm, the chef makes excellent traditional dishes, and as soon as you take a bite, you want to stay and try everything. Plus, the menus are varied. Honestly, it's a great place. I recommend it to anyone in Firminy or just passing through who's looking for a cozy and elegant place to eat. 🫶🏽❤️

A simple and wonderful moment at Everest. A Toulouse sausage, cooked by someone from Nepal, in Firminy!! I love traveling... and kindness.
