Buffalo Grill sur Amilly

Great restaurant from the chain, efficient and friendly. Top-notch! The meat was cooked exactly as requested and incredibly tender. The only downside... The "Happy Birthday" music is a bit too loud, the restaurant is still noisy, plus the music is a bit odd. Just my opinion, they can't do much about the background noise or the people who seem to think they're in an old phone booth with their cell phones (just a lack of consideration). In conclusion, I highly recommend it.

Children were shouting loudly, making it difficult to eat in peace. It would be nice to go and speak to the parents; that's called respect.

Lisa, our waitress at Buffalo Grill in Amilly, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive and very professional, always checking that everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. I especially loved the birthday cake and the birthday song – could you please tell me the title of that song? The food was really good too, just like back home in New Orleans. I’ll definitely be coming back – vive la France 🇫🇷

Where to begin... After a long five-hour drive from Lyon, my family and I decided to seek comfort and a delicious meal at the Buffalo Grill in Amilly. From the moment we arrived, we received a particularly warm welcome; the staff immediately made us feel at ease. We had barely sat down when the renowned starter salad arrived... And what a delight! It made our mouths water right from the start. As for the rest of the meal, it was flawless: a generous portion, perfectly cooked, nothing to criticize about the food. Throughout the meal, Estelle provided excellent service, attending to all our needs and ensuring we had everything we needed. She was very professional and is undoubtedly one of the most competent waitresses I have ever encountered. You can go there without hesitation, whether with friends or family; an unforgettable experience is guaranteed!

The service at Buffalo Grill was excellent thanks to the waitress (Estelle, if I'm not mistaken). Efficient and quick, she did a great job. If you're looking for a place where you're well taken care of, this is the place to go. However, it was a shame and completely unprofessional when a waitress was reprimanded by the owner in front of the customers.
