I regularly eat at Buffalo Grill, and I recently decided to sign up for the loyalty card. It states that after the third visit, you get a 10% discount on your final bill.
However, on my third visit, the cashier didn't think to apply the discount. So I thought I could ask for it on my fourth visit, but I was told there was no proof the discount hadn't been applied, and there was no record of my previous visits on my account, which is quite surprising.
As a result, the discount was refused, and I was told I could only benefit from it on my sixth visit. I find this quite unfair, especially for a loyal customer.
It's a shame, because I enjoy eating there, but this kind of situation gives a bad impression of the loyalty program.
