First time at Buffalo Grill and we loved it! The welcome and service were very pleasant! The waitress who took care of us was very efficient and very kind (table 22), we really appreciated it! The burgers and carpaccio were delicious 😊

The food was great, but the service was terrible. We were with our 15-month-old baby, and it was difficult to keep him occupied as he was getting impatient. There were at least 45 minutes between courses. They seemed to prioritize serving a group of retirees on holiday over us with a baby. It's a shame!

03/05/2026: Quick stop for a drive-thru order. The service was efficient and the staff polite. However, as is often the case, they were out of sauces and the fries weren't very hot. It's a convenient option, but checking bags on the way out is still essential.
15/04/2026: The server on the patio is very professional, McDonald's is very clean and very quiet.
