Les Terres Oubliées sur Saint-Jean-De-Vedas

We went to this restaurant for the third time (we live in the neighborhood), twice for dinner and once for lunch, and it's become our favorite! The value for money is unbeatable. The food is delicious, full of flavor, and the service is impeccable.

I was in Paris for only two nights. Des Torres was recommended by the Airbnb host. The food was creative, beautiful to look at, and delicious--one of the best meals I've ever had! The service was friendly and efficient. I ate there both nights of my stay!

I recently had a large family dinner here and the experience was exactly as I hoped: Food delicious and service personable. The food is a good mix of Brasserie classics and innovative variations, and the wine list is outstanding (detailed and thoughtful recommendations available as needed). Des Terres is an authentic, unpretentious, but fresh example of a neighbourhood Brasserie.

Fresh produce, small bistro-style restaurants with appealing menus and reasonable prices at lunchtime, but quite expensive in the evening. Two very different experiences between weekend lunch and weekday evenings: very friendly staff on weekends, no complaints there. Weekday evenings were more chaotic; they clearly wanted to do well, but you could tell not everyone was familiar with the daily specials or the wine list.

The dish was very good, with plenty of fish. One small drawback: it was advertised as albacore tuna, but that wasn't what was on the plate, and no one could tell me what it was. As for the wine list, it's very extensive, but choosing by the glass is more difficult.

We highly recommend this restaurant for its welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, unique wine selection, and the enthusiastic and friendly explanations provided. The prices are also very reasonable.
