Decent welcome but service not up to par with a Buffalo restaurant. The waitresses were not very cheerful, very fast (barely had time to finish eating before the plate was removed). In addition, the waitresses passed by our table several times to clear the last plate (which had not been cleared at the same time as the others because the person had not finished their plate) but they did not collect it. We had to notify them that they could clear it even though it was at the end of the table and there was no one in front of this plate. We had to leave before even having our dessert because no one came to take our order. NOT BEING WARNED THAT THERE WAS NO STRAW IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. We had ordered drinks where straws were required and therefore not present and in addition there was too much crushed ice. The service is becoming more and more catastrophic. Cleanliness of dishes is PRIMORDIAL. The glasses were dirty. I could see that the dessert cards were ultimately placemats. What's the point of having placemats where desserts are noted but not putting them on the tables. What we should do is either put them on the table or with the menu card or redo a card. In the end we paid more than €100 for 5 with an aperitif plus the main course but I find that this price is too high for poor quality service. Frankly paying more than 20€ to eat as good as in a high school cafeteria, it's SHAMEFUL.
