The food was pretty good. But the service was (very) slow. Almost 2 hours at the table 🙄

Excellent restaurant! The food is good, the service is great, and there are plenty of games for children, some free and some for a fee. The decor is lovely, and it has a very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for everything, we'll be back!

Alicia a gem* The 6 people at lunch today, including one with a disability, former head of hotel services Azureva Fournols and Nathalie who took her place, were delighted with the meal and the service.

Étienne is the best waiter in Buffalo and of all the places I've ever worked. He's a wolf, a tiger, a monster.

My last two visits to the Buffalo Grill in Thiers have truly restored my faith in the chain.
We received a very warm welcome, the waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, the meat was French and cooked perfectly.
It was also very affordable, especially with the special kids' menu for September!
I didn't catch our waiter's name that evening, but he's a real dinosaur expert 😉.

The only downside was the salad croutons, which tasted like stale bread. Everything else was great, and the waiter was incredibly attentive and helpful; he spoke English, so we were able to understand each other.
