Honestly, I highly recommend it to everyone. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is friendly, and the manager is super cool. He really knows his way around food, hospitality, and service.

A huge thank you especially to our server, Diego, who was fantastic from beginning to end: professional, friendly, and very attentive. He truly made our visit even more enjoyable.

22/04/2026: The biggest rip-off of the century! Last night we were served by a nonchalant waitress. If she had somewhere to throw the plates in our faces, she would have… We expressed our dissatisfaction, and she replied with an ironic, "Nothing to worry about." Unacceptable!!! The charcuterie platter consisted of two pieces of ham with toast (no butter), the meat with three fries, and to top it off, it was Tuesday, so they should have restocked after the weekend. We couldn't order a bottle of champagne, so we settled for Jack Daniels… bad luck, it was cheap whiskey. We asked to exchange the glasses immediately… all for an outrageous price… The Buffalo Grill in Thiers has decided to follow the mediocre trend of ripping off the French… as if the price of gas wasn't enough!!! I'm not thanking you at all. If I had to choose, I'd eat on a beggar's head next time…

20/01/2026: I already knew this place and was satisfied a few years ago. I came back today and I'm still just as happy. Fast service, very good taste (the meat and fries), very generous portions. I highly recommend it! 😉

We originally came to La Monnerie but stopped in Thiers just to eat at your place, despite the 40-minute drive from our home in Clermont-Ferrand. It was still as good as ever and piping hot! 👍 I highly recommend it, it's delicious, not disappointed at all, once again! 👌

02/03/2026: - A real find, a very, very good little neighborhood restaurant. 👍😋 Thiers still has some lovely little gems: some charming boutiques, beautiful knives, and excellent little places to have lunch without breaking the bank; Le Chaudron is one of them.
- Very friendly welcome and service. ☺️
- Homemade: The truffade is amazing! The cabbage sausage is too. 👍😋 The French toast is delicious.
- Very pretty and rather cozy setting. 🤩 Charming, like a medieval cellar or shop.
- In short, simply a good and beautiful place.
(Don't go in blind, because it's dangerous.) 😂🤣😂

23/03/2026: I order from Emma quite often because the pizzas are really good. Unfortunately, for several orders now, the pizzas have been burnt, black around the edges. It's a real shame; we had already warned them about this.

04/12/2025: A very warm welcome. Congratulations to the chef for the scallop pizza and the Saint-Nectaire cheese gratin. The pizza crust was thin and delicious. We also agree with the waitress's smile and friendliness. If you're in Thiers, don't miss Emma Pizza!

Sows are confined to cages for nearly half their lives, and piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have made commitments: when will Patapain comply with the Pig Minimum Standards?
14/04/2026: During my last visit to Patapain, I was shocked to learn that, at your suppliers' facilities, sows are kept in cages so small they can't even turn around. Knowing that piglets also undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing severely marred my customer experience. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have made commitments. When will Patapain comply with the Pig Minimum Standards?

22/02/2026: What a surprise to find ourselves back in the 1990s! Nothing has changed. Same decor, same bathroom. It's high time they brought it up to date.
As for the food, it was bland. The buildings are in a deplorable state. It's a shame, but we won't be returning to the Campanile.
18/02/2026: A stay at the Campanile in Thiers followed a certain internal logic.
The bathroom was marred by visible mold on the walls, grout, and behind the towels, creating a constantly damp atmosphere. While the bathroom did have heating, its switch moved freely and wasn't connected to anything, rendering any attempt to turn it on futile, even in cold weather. Overall, this demonstrates a particularly questionable level of maintenance and consideration for guest comfort. Not recommended.

04/04/2026: The restaurant was very clean. The service was quick. The restrooms were also very clean. This is rare for McDonald's restaurants and deserves to be highlighted.
