22/04/2026: The biggest rip-off of the century! Last night we were served by a nonchalant waitress. If she had somewhere to throw the plates in our faces, she would have… We expressed our dissatisfaction, and she replied with an ironic, "Nothing to worry about." Unacceptable!!! The charcuterie platter consisted of two pieces of ham with toast (no butter), the meat with three fries, and to top it off, it was Tuesday, so they should have restocked after the weekend. We couldn't order a bottle of champagne, so we settled for Jack Daniels… bad luck, it was cheap whiskey. We asked to exchange the glasses immediately… all for an outrageous price… The Buffalo Grill in Thiers has decided to follow the mediocre trend of ripping off the French… as if the price of gas wasn't enough!!! I'm not thanking you at all. If I had to choose, I'd eat on a beggar's head next time…
22/04/2026: A wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is pleasant, and the dishes are high-quality and beautifully presented.
A huge thank you especially to our server, Diego, who was fantastic from beginning to end: professional, friendly, and very attentive. He truly made our visit even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend it.

A lovely place for a great meal; the staff is very friendly and pleasant. The traditional cuisine is perfect. Don't forget to book in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to get a table.

28/06/2026: Excellent service! I had called ahead for my mother, who has health problems and can't eat everything. A special menu was prepared for her: she felt comfortable and had a wonderful time. A big thank you for your understanding and kindness, as this isn't always the case!
25/06/2026: The welcome was very warm, the Saint Nectaire fondue was decent, and the parsley potato side dish was excellent. I was just disappointed by the charcuterie, which I found to be of average quality, while my partner was very happy with the vegetarian side dish. The price-quality ratio was probably not in line with the menu, despite the limited selection.

01/07/2026: The food was utterly tasteless. Everything was bad, from the salad to the fruit, the fries, and even the cheese. Worse than a high school cafeteria!
29/06/2026: The restaurant is outdated, the banquettes are more than torn, and there are flies everywhere, making it very unpleasant to eat.
I must commend the young woman serving pasta; she has to manage the pasta, fish, and chicken orders because there's no one else to help her at 11:45 am.
The cashiers weren't very friendly. The cleaning needs improvement.
The food was very good and the price excellent.

28/05/2026: A classic brasserie, the lunch menu is very limited, which is often a good sign. The grilled meat was decent, the fries were as good as they were mass-produced, and the accompanying salad deserved more than just half a cherry tomato. And what about the extra pepper sauce?! The service was nonetheless friendly and quick. However, what ruined my experience was the dessert. The ice cream, advertised as "Intense Madagascar Vanilla," was by far the worst vanilla ice cream I've ever had in my life: yellow, not a single vanilla bean, zero vanilla flavor. Even a simple tub of Carte d'Or ice cream would have been ten times better.
I understand that costs need to be kept down and that the price is quite low, but it wouldn't take much for a much better meal: homemade fries, a slightly more substantial salad (a few shredded carrots, one or two cherry tomatoes, and a few kernels of corn), including the dressing. And a better ice cream supplier.
19/05/2026: Lunch on the terrace. Pleasant spot.
Steak/fries/salad for €17: perfect.
Not disappointed, good food.
Quick and friendly service.
One drawback: the excessive price of the draft beer at €8.30 (half the price of the dish): a shame about this pricing error!

22/02/2026: What a surprise to find ourselves back in the 1990s! Nothing has changed. Same decor, same bathroom. It's high time they brought it up to date.
As for the food, it was bland. The buildings are in a deplorable state. It's a shame, but we won't be returning to the Campanile.
18/02/2026: A stay at the Campanile in Thiers followed a certain internal logic.
The bathroom was marred by visible mold on the walls, grout, and behind the towels, creating a constantly damp atmosphere. While the bathroom did have heating, its switch moved freely and wasn't connected to anything, rendering any attempt to turn it on futile, even in cold weather. Overall, this demonstrates a particularly questionable level of maintenance and consideration for guest comfort. Not recommended.

05/06/2026: You don't expect much from McDonald's, but this... orders are never complete, it takes forever to eat... it's become a place to grab a bite with the disadvantages of a restaurant (price, slow service...) and those of a fast food restaurant (greasy, never getting the whole order).
31/05/2026: I came to this McDonald's for work and noticed that several areas and pieces of equipment were dirty. I reported the problem to the employees present, but instead of cleaning the affected items, they simply put them back for the next customers.
I was disappointed by this lack of hygiene and responsiveness. I hope that measures will be taken to improve cleanliness and adherence to health standards for customers. The common areas are also in a deplorable state. Eating from the same dishes as previous customers is not pleasant.
