The restaurant was consistent with the chain's standards. The service was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working, and we had to listen to our experience because of the heat... a slight disappointment, but we'll return hoping things will improve.

It's difficult to rate this time. It's very disappointing because, as a vegetarian, it's now impossible to get a "budget-friendly" vegetarian option since the classic burgers are no longer available in a meat-free version. This will prevent me from returning to Buffalo Grill. However, I gave it 4/5 because I must thank Pauline, who was absolutely wonderful and did everything she could to resolve this issue. It's truly refreshing to see waitresses like her! Thank you again!

A 30-minute wait on the terrace after arriving at 11:40 am to find the restaurant empty! The manager's only response was to offer a coffee already paid for with the meal deal, showing she couldn't care less about this pointless wait! Don't change a thing... #irony

Hello. Friendly staff, it's nice to feel comfortable in a place like this. The little appetizers were a nice surprise, as our restaurant in St. Parres doesn't offer that kind of thing. The dish was well presented with a quarter of a tomato and a lettuce leaf, a nice touch. The dessert was excellent. Thank you very much. We'll be back very soon.

I came for lunch today. The meal was fine, but I was very surprised to see several dogs enter and stay inside the restaurant with their owners. I have nothing against dogs, but I think they belong on the terrace rather than in the dining room. For reasons of hygiene and comfort for other customers, it made me feel uneasy. It's a shame, because it spoiled part of my experience.
