03/07/2026: We stayed one night at the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant. We particularly appreciated the family atmosphere, the suites are very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the chef's menu. Special mention for the dog-friendly aspect :)

01/07/2026: A very beautiful place, but… The room is overpriced for what it offers: no sitting area in the room, for example, and poor soundproofing due to the road noise. As for breakfast, it's outrageous at €25: good, but very meager. I think they should bring the hotel's services up to the restaurant's standards or lower the prices a bit.

11/07/2026: Hello, I am contacting you because I am a regular customer, but my visit this morning left a very bad taste in my mouth. I arrived a little before opening time. The doors were already physically open, but I was refused access to the restrooms because I needed to use them urgently, on the pretext that there were 3 minutes left before the official opening time. Right after that, I returned a box full of luggage. The employee refused to refund me, claiming there was a scanning problem or that the return had already been processed. I left with only €2.10, which was far from the amount due. I usually appreciate the friendly service of your store, but this lack of flexibility and this refund issue have greatly disappointed me. How can we resolve the problem of this incorrectly scanned luggage? Thank you in advance for your reply. Sincerely, Update: The manager contacted me by email to refuse any refund for my physical till, hiding behind account statistics. She didn't even apologize for her employee's appalling behavior and, worse, condoned it. Deplorable business practices, avoid them at all costs.

30/07/2026: It's noon, and I want to emphasize the impeccable hygiene of the restaurant, especially the restrooms which were spotless... I've never seen such clean restrooms in a fast food restaurant; their competitors should take note! Thanks also to the hostess who was very friendly and quick with my order.

29/07/2026: No complaints about the service; the staff weren't unpleasant, but I've never seen a room so dirty, and especially toilets so filthy. I didn't dare let my daughter sit on those toilets; they were unsanitary.
