Buffalo Grill sur Arras

A very warm welcome at the Buffalo Grill in Arras. I recommend this restaurant because the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent.

Hello, we were at your restaurant for lunch today. We noticed that the waitresses were overwhelmed and the place was very busy. They gave up. Unlike the customers who were very rude to the manager, I want to commend her for her composure. She was running around everywhere and had to make up for some (or even many) mistakes. The entire service was excellent. There was a significant staff shortage for the number of people, but the manager came out of her bar to clear tables, send out food and drinks, and talk to the customers to reassure them. I think it's a shame to blame this manager because she asked the waitresses to speed up the service without shouting, just grumbling a little because a waitress had responded very rudely (we were at the till at the time). I think the customers who blamed this manager have never had such enormous responsibilities as she must have had throughout the entire service, taking comments about the food, the wait, etc. This manager is incredible. We give her our full support. She motivates her team because after service, we saw the whole team chatting calmly and laughing together. The good of the team. Some waitresses broke down because of the service, not because of the manager, who was firm in the decisions she had to make on the spot. And despite all that, she knew how to comfort her team by reassuring and remotivating them when they were losing heart. Well done, madam! We will gladly return.

We had a very good meal and a pleasant time. The waitress was very kind and welcoming. The only slight drawback was that we felt a little rushed to finish and leave, which slightly spoiled the end of the meal. It's a shame, because overall, the experience was very positive. We will gladly return nonetheless.
