07/05/2026: We made a reservation this Sunday, May 3rd (wedding anniversary). It was a superb discovery! The welcome was warm and very professional. Our choices of dishes, including a trio of mussels, were a delight. The decor was equally impressive and perfectly complemented the menu. We will definitely be back!

01/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, the owners are very kind and attentive to their customers. We came on May 1st at lunchtime, two adults and a child; the whole family had a wonderful time. The dishes are very good and generous (mussels marinière, steak with eggs and peppers, and pasta with salmon), and the desserts…excellent!!! The establishment is very well run!!! 12/05/2026: The interior is truly beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and it's best to book in advance if you're a large group. Service is quite quick. The dishes are absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. From the first bite, you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the chef's expertise. I have a slight preference for the pasta with foie gras, but I also tried the ravioli and pizzas, which were equally delicious.

10/05/2026: They should offer carafes; €25 a bottle on average seems expensive, especially for Italian wine (€5 a glass).

18/04/2026: An exceptional restaurant, especially when you're leaving a party at 7 am. There's nothing better in the area. I'm telling you this while I'm enjoying my homemade pizza, thanks to William the goat! Thank you, William!

01/04/2026: I went to Tout Chaud a few days ago. The lady who served me was friendly, however, a red-haired man, whom I presume to be the manager, was rude to his employee and criticized the customers. I find that inappropriate.

15/05/2026: The opening hours listed on Google are completely wrong. It says they're open until 1 AM, but they actually close the kitchen at 10:45 PM. It's shameful for a chain like Au Bureau to lie about its opening hours. Avoid it. If you lie about your hours, you'll lie about everything else...

16/01/2026: We had a lovely meal at this cozy restaurant. The service was quick and the staff very pleasant. We tried an iced tea and a sparkling drink, which were very nice and original. The pasta with meatballs and the curry korma were delicious; I highly recommend them! Afterwards, despite a general power outage on the street, service continued, and we had the super tasty Ptit'Nuts dessert!

02/01/2026: Not bad. However, the service was very slow despite the restaurant being empty. A major drawback was the cooks smoking in their kitchen clothes outside the restaurant, looking incredibly happy to be there...

21/04/2026: A disappointing evening at a restaurant that was otherwise highly rated and recommended by the local press. Despite high expectations, the dishes turned out to be bland: tasteless chicken, unconvincing slow cooking, very dry ribs, and an insufficient portion of fries. Considering the prices, the quality is clearly not up to par.

06/05/2026: A pleasant setting, warm and friendly service, and delicious food; in short, another great time spent at this restaurant. I also tried their new Sunday brunch menu last month, and it was a 100% success thanks to the variety and freshness of the dishes and ingredients. There's something for everyone, young and old. An Arras address to (re)discover, without hesitation.

17/05/2026: Very good pizzas, But they're not cheap. For 4 pizzas, 2 soft drinks, and 2 beverages, it came to €93. Luckily, we didn't order dessert... But that doesn't detract from the quality of the service or the pizzas 🍕

28/04/2026: A very nice restaurant that can accommodate large groups, with a great atmosphere. We ate very well, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our only complaint was the wait to be served (on a Saturday). We'll be back.

27/04/2026: The minced steak was undercooked and still pink, the fries were barely lukewarm, the drinks were served immediately, but the mussels arrived 40 minutes later! You'd think they'd gone fishing at sea! The fries were lukewarm, just like other reviews: customers who arrived later were served first! The waitresses didn't know how to fix the situation, and in the kitchen, you wonder if they have enough staff. Luckily, Estebetch didn't come by, even just for the sake of speed... You can't say they were overwhelmed, there were few tables occupied... Seriously, this is the second time in two years, nothing has changed, I'm done.
