Buffalo Grill sur Ollioules

We had a lovely time at this restaurant: the welcome was warm, the food was good, and the service was generally pleasant. But the end of the experience completely ruined everything else. We all had a 25% discount through our loyalty account, and because of a mistake by the waiter—who, by the way, was very kind—we were refused the discount. This is absolutely unacceptable. We followed the terms and conditions; it's not up to us to pay for an error that wasn't ours. Losing these discounts is frankly unacceptable and leaves a real sense of injustice. The most disappointing thing is that the manager didn't offer any compensation. It's incomprehensible and frankly disappointing, especially after the mistake was acknowledged. It's a real shame, because it completely tarnishes an experience that had started so well. We sincerely hope that this kind of situation will be handled better in the future.

Today we went for lunch. The order was taken and the service was fine, as was the meal. Except for the payment. We had a card and were supposed to get a 25% discount on one dish. When we got to the counter to pay, the person told us it would have to be for next time because the 25% discount hadn't been applied. However, when we later checked the menu, the 25% discount had indeed been applied (and was no longer available). This is not very professional.
