We went to celebrate my son's birthday, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The welcome was great, the service perfect, nothing to complain about.
We had a sick child, and we were treated with respect until our departure.
I recommend it.

It's impossible to make a reservation for two people; they only take reservations for two. The waiter was friendly, but the food quality was poor. One ribeye steak was so fatty it was inedible. We were asked to order something else because, apparently, all the ribeyes were like that.
So we left without eating. They didn't even apologize; they simply told us, "I didn't charge you for the ribeye."
As regular customers of this restaurant chain, we won't be going back to the Epagny location.
Good luck to the waiters who have to deal with all this.
I've noticed that despite the negative reviews, nothing changes; the responses to the reviews are always the same!

We always eat well at Buffalo Grill.
The servers are welcoming, lively, and respectful. They always come with a small salad and warm bread 🤌👌
There's a wide selection of dishes and desserts.
Everything is delicious!

I'm writing another review following my last visit 9 years later. I was a little worried after reading some recent, disastrous comments. I went to treat my daughter for her birthday. The waitress was very kind and friendly, the welcome was good, and the fries weren't bad, contrary to what I'd read. And I'm demanding, even though I know that coming to Buffalo Grill I'm not going to expect gourmet service—you have to be realistic. The green beans were cooked and seasoned well. A pleasant little experience with good, efficient service. I recommend it.
