19/02/2026: Another excellent meal tonight, and as usual, the service was superb, with a smile and a warm welcome. As always, we enjoyed mussels marinière with fries, chicken nuggets with fries, and ribeye steak with morel sauce as a family – what a delight! It was a truly enjoyable experience. The only restaurant where we felt so comfortable, so at ease, a bit like being with family, and where the children weren't a bother. Thank you for all these wonderful moments. What a disappointment to know you're closing this weekend! Perhaps we'll meet again at another Annecy establishment, who knows! All the best to the team!! 💪🏻
14/02/2026: We tried Key West again after several years away, and frankly, it's still just as mediocre. The mussels were bland, the fries definitely tasted frozen… and all that for a price that's way too high. It's not inedible, but it's definitely not up to the standard of dining experience you expect, especially with the interminable wait.

17/06/2026: We were there for the World Cup kick-off party for our French team. We received a fantastic welcome, were very accommodating with the reservation, and had a delicious meal. As a bonus, we were offered a small digestif.
21/05/2026: After several lunches at this establishment, I am always very satisfied with the quality of the food, the friendliness, and the professionalism of the staff. The products offered are varied and always fresh. Excellent value for money!

11/08/2026: A Buffalo Grill just the way we like it, nothing to say. Only downside: drinks served from a can and not a glass bottle as we prefer.

09/06/2026: Getting worse every day… The bread is as hard as a rock. The tasteless, mealy chocolate brownies cost 3 bucks and are way too expensive.
In short, I won't be going back anytime soon.

15/07/2026: I ordered some ham but it was so dry and overcooked I couldn't eat it!!!...I didn't say anything because I was in a hurry, I only ate vegetables....disappointed!

13/05/2026: Arrived at 7:55 PM to find the door closed, even though closing time is advertised as 8:30 PM. I can understand a restaurant stopping service at 8:15 PM, but being greeted with a closed door at 7:55 PM is unacceptable.
Please note that closing time is 7:45 PM, if your employees are scheduled to leave at 8:30 PM. We want the restaurant's hours, not the employees' schedules.
27/04/2026: With diabetes, it's impossible to eat at Subau. No nutritional information is displayed, and the staff can't even weigh the bread for simple calculations. Remember that for those with diabetes, their lives depend on what you put on their plates. For your information, there are 400 million diabetics worldwide.

07/02/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant. The meat was served almost raw, the dishes weren't cooked properly, and the ice cream was clearly expired—it had a strange taste and questionable texture. Nothing was right from start to finish. The service was inattentive and no real solutions were offered. Frankly disappointing; I do not recommend it.

21/12/2025: The waitress was nice, but the only downside was the €15 salad with very unappealing lettuce leaves. I pointed it out to the waitress, but there was no apology from the kitchen staff. Shame on them!
08/11/2025: Excellent steak tartare prepared right before your eyes. Prompt service despite the restaurant being full. Very reasonable price considering the quality and quantity. Thank you for this relaxing break.

18/06/2024: J'avais le souvenir d'avoir bien mangé il y a 3- 4 ans. Ce ne fut hélas pas tout à fait le cas lors de ma dernière visite.
N'ayant pas trouvé dans la carte un plat qui me plaisait (pas mal de plats crus) j'ai opté pour le plat du jour. Franchement pas terrible, morceaux de volaille un peu durs trempant dans une sauce sans goût.
Quant à la tarte aux myrtilles c'était plutôt une tarte à la crème pâtissière avec 5 myrtilles.... Pas mauvaise pour autant. Mais ce n'est pas l'idée qu'on se fait d'une tarte aux myrtilles.
La musique est de trop.
L'accueil est agréable.
31/05/2024: C'est dommage, le repas ce passait bien, service correct et plat copieux. Mais l'attitude de la "patronne" m'a laissé sans voix sur la fin du repas. Il faudrait revoir la partie commerciale et la relation client. Je suis déçu, je ne reviendrai pas et je ne vous conseillerai pas.
