19/02/2026: Another excellent meal tonight, and as usual, the service was superb, with a smile and a warm welcome. As always, we enjoyed mussels marinière with fries, chicken nuggets with fries, and ribeye steak with morel sauce as a family – what a delight! It was a truly enjoyable experience. The only restaurant where we felt so comfortable, so at ease, a bit like being with family, and where the children weren't a bother. Thank you for all these wonderful moments. What a disappointment to know you're closing this weekend! Perhaps we'll meet again at another Annecy establishment, who knows! All the best to the team!! 💪🏻
14/02/2026: We tried Key West again after several years away, and frankly, it's still just as mediocre. The mussels were bland, the fries definitely tasted frozen… and all that for a price that's way too high. It's not inedible, but it's definitely not up to the standard of dining experience you expect, especially with the interminable wait.

16/02/2026: This is my fourth visit and I'm always delighted. The service is very professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for the excellent food. The dishes are varied, colorful, and original.
Congratulations to the whole team for this wonderful place. Don't change a thing. I can't wait to come back.

23/04/2026: On April 21, 2026, around 8:00 PM, I arrived at the restaurant in Epargny with someone whose left arm is currently completely immobilized. When ordering, we politely asked the waiter to have the steak cut for this person in the kitchen before serving it (to date, all the restaurants we've visited have agreed without any problem; it takes 15 seconds with a sharp kitchen knife).
The meat arrived at the table uncut; we were told, "That's how it is, what did you expect at Buffalo Grill?" Furthermore, there was no way to get a steak knife that actually cut... This comment came from the manager.
Personally, I would have left the restaurant immediately without paying, but my companion, looking embarrassed, asked me to stay. Just a quick note, it wasn't crowded, the staff wasn't overwhelmed at all... My receipt from April 21, 2026, at 8:23:48 PM, had the order number C1-089049, table 23. You can check.
THANKS BUFFALO, you're really too nice...

Some employees at this store are very unpleasant (*the lady with white hair*). Perhaps you should consider a different career... customer service isn't for you...

11/04/2026: The atmosphere and service are very average... I go there about once a week to get croissants and pain au chocolat for my team breakfast, and each time, I find myself wondering how the staff can tolerate the way the manager speaks to them, so bluntly, in full view of the customers who are unwittingly watching...
These days, I can buy what I need anywhere; what matters to me is the customer experience and the atmosphere. I appreciate it when I hear that the working conditions in a place are pleasant for the employees, which I don't get the impression they're trying to convey when you quickly understand the management style...
Reassessments are happening at all levels of the hierarchy, in all companies that are willing to ask the right questions about what's wrong internally...
It's a shame, because what may only concern internal management issues ends up affecting the customers. and therefore create a bad image.
Special mention to the pizzas, which are always delicious 🍕

However, the explanations regarding the children's menu (which cup to use, etc.) need to be reviewed.
13/04/2026: I waited over 15 minutes, 15 minutes, for a minced steak... I won't be back. I'll go somewhere else.

07/02/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant. The meat was served almost raw, the dishes weren't cooked properly, and the ice cream was clearly expired—it had a strange taste and questionable texture. Nothing was right from start to finish. The service was inattentive and no real solutions were offered. Frankly disappointing; I do not recommend it.

03/09/2024: 12:55 p.m. no more specials of the day while the restaurant is less than full, and printer broken not practical to get reimbursed for costs on bill....disappointed with this restaurant chain between 01 and 74 it's no better...
01/09/2024: The guy tells us 10/15 min wait so no worries, we ask him can we eat outside knowing that there is a shaded terrace, yes you can but it will be in the sun, well listen it won't be in your blah chain
They had empty tables and people waiting. I didn't really understand the concept apart from creating a wait.

21/12/2023: Fortunately the sandwiches are good because everything else needs to be reviewed: no fountain drinks for over a year (but still trendy), outdated prices, missing a lot of ingredients even at the start of the service, not of change, very nice staff but with a big lack of smile and training... And finally an endless wait!!!
In short, Mr. Manager, react: you have a great tool in your hands but you are not using it at all!!!
21/12/2023: Unpleasant staff does not give us time to choose, mistake in the breads, endless wait therefore cold sandwich despite the few people in the restaurant. No choice of desserts just two cookies. Disgusting tables and room as well as toilets. I won't go back there.

21/12/2025: The waitress was nice, but the only downside was the €15 salad with very unappealing lettuce leaves. I pointed it out to the waitress, but there was no apology from the kitchen staff. Shame on them!
08/11/2025: Excellent steak tartare prepared right before your eyes. Prompt service despite the restaurant being full. Very reasonable price considering the quality and quantity. Thank you for this relaxing break.

18/06/2024: J'avais le souvenir d'avoir bien mangé il y a 3- 4 ans. Ce ne fut hélas pas tout à fait le cas lors de ma dernière visite.
N'ayant pas trouvé dans la carte un plat qui me plaisait (pas mal de plats crus) j'ai opté pour le plat du jour. Franchement pas terrible, morceaux de volaille un peu durs trempant dans une sauce sans goût.
Quant à la tarte aux myrtilles c'était plutôt une tarte à la crème pâtissière avec 5 myrtilles.... Pas mauvaise pour autant. Mais ce n'est pas l'idée qu'on se fait d'une tarte aux myrtilles.
La musique est de trop.
L'accueil est agréable.
31/05/2024: C'est dommage, le repas ce passait bien, service correct et plat copieux. Mais l'attitude de la "patronne" m'a laissé sans voix sur la fin du repas. Il faudrait revoir la partie commerciale et la relation client. Je suis déçu, je ne reviendrai pas et je ne vous conseillerai pas.
