We returned to the EPAGNY buffalo grill
This time very clear improvements
Smiling and efficient waitress
Simple but quality meal
Just that the dishes and the accompaniment we undergo a little weight loss cure
In short we will come back

We are regulars at the restaurant.
Very nice server.
Three remarks:
Very long waiting time,
The meat was good but unfortunately the dish was cold,
Likewise, the normally warm apple pie was not quite defrosted.
Following these remarks, the waiter offered us coffee, thank you for this initiative.
So a little disappointed this time with the performance

It's good, we just need to improve the atmosphere, the manager makes comments to the staff in front of everyone, he's fast and makes everyone nervous.
It's still noisy, dishes clanging, dish announcements are shouted, there's a way to be more zen, calmer. It tires everyone and contrasts with the calm as soon as we go out. The cuisine is good without being extraordinary, a brasserie...

Honestly, we must recognize that it is difficult today to come across a restaurant chain where the staff is always pleasant and helpful! For that alone, the 5 stars are deserved. In addition their meat is always succulent and it is the only place on the Ribs where there is enough to eat for a big eater. Whether it’s Archamp, Thonon, Annecy, we thank you for that! Well done, keep it up.
