I went there on a Tuesday evening. It wasn't very crowded, which was quite nice. I ordered the duo of skewers with green beans and the avocado toast appetizer. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The beef was perfectly rare, and the chicken was still juicy. The toast was generously topped and very satisfying. I've paid more for avocado toast that was far less good. The dessert, with fruit tartare and a scoop of ice cream, was the perfect light way to end the meal. Big thumbs up for the free popcorn you get on your first purchase when you open your loyalty account. It's so good! 🤤

This was our first visit. We arrived at 2 PM on a Saturday and were seated. The service was incredibly fast, absolutely perfect. Afterwards, there was hardly anyone there, so it might be different when it's busier on a weekend evening. I ordered a salad, but unfortunately, the tomatoes were roughly chopped and disgusting, with the core of the tomato still attached. They should have been removed and cut more neatly next time. The dessert was also very quick. The restrooms and dining room were clean. However, we finished at 3 PM, and the restaurant closes at 3 PM. The staff quickly ushered us out; there were no smiles, no tact whatsoever. They even forgot the children's games. It's a shame, because if you were in a hurry, you shouldn't have let us in at 2 PM. So, I'm giving a bad rating for the atmosphere, especially since the waiter kept sneaking around to see if we'd finished, which was a bit annoying.

It's always a treat to find yourself in these friendly places where you're immersed in a Texas Western surrounded by bison. I highly recommend it.

My opinion of this establishment is very mixed. We ordered a children's menu 15 minutes before the adults' menu and it was served 15 minutes after the adults' menu. We had asked for a well-done steak for the children, but it ended up being pink. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened; it's no longer an exception, but rather the norm for this establishment. Don't expect any compensation; they don't practice that kind of thing. For prices that are comparable to other restaurants, it's ultimately better to support an independent business than a franchise.

My husband and I went to the restaurant for lunch one day. We were the first customers and waited 30 minutes before being served. When it came to payment, the terminal wouldn't accept our restaurant voucher card, saying it was our card that wasn't working. We were disappointed because there were no beef skewers. The waitress told us they never had them, even though they were listed on the menu.

Excellent, high-quality, and fast service, but the portions were a bit small and it was quite noisy.

The food was good, and the service was very pleasant.

I'm writing another review following my last visit 9 years later. I was a little worried after reading some recent, disastrous comments. I went to treat my daughter for her birthday. The waitress was very kind and friendly, the welcome was good, and the fries weren't bad, contrary to what I'd read. And I'm demanding, even though I know that coming to Buffalo Grill I'm not going to expect gourmet service—you have to be realistic. The green beans were cooked and seasoned well. A pleasant little experience with good, efficient service. I recommend it.
