First of all, I want to thank Youssouf for his professionalism, dedication, and the quality of his service. It's truly a pleasure to see such committed and professional people 👍 Unfortunately, the overall experience remains disappointing… One Saturday evening, even though the restaurant wasn't full, we waited over 15 minutes at the reception desk without being helped. And we clearly weren't the only ones in this situation; several other customers were also waiting with no apparent organization. What's rather ironic is seeing recent reports about the Buffalo Grill group highlighting improvements… and then realizing that this isn't reflected at all in Mareuil. Perhaps it's time for the manager's strategy to be reviewed, perhaps with an audit from headquarters. It's important to remember that there's strong competition (more than thirty restaurants in the area). With prices becoming quite high, offering a subpar customer experience is becoming increasingly difficult to accept, especially given that eating out is less and less of a priority for many. Another very disappointing point: Arriving at 8 p.m. and being told that there was no more complimentary salad, even though it's a long-standing Buffalo Grill signature, is frankly unacceptable… Especially since, judging by the reviews, this problem comes up regularly, both during the week and on weekends. 👉 In short: a very good point for Youssouf, but the overall organization and management of the restaurant clearly need improvement. Conclusion: unfortunately, there were five of us, and we won't be returning for a while… due to competition.
