We have already frequented the Buffalo grill and this is the second time that we have come across this nonchalant, unwelcoming waiter, bordering on unpleasant.
This completely ruined our family time.
We had to hunt for welcome salads, the children didn't have any.
The children had their meal even though our aperitif was not served.
Fortunately the quality of the meat was there!
The qualities/criteria expected of a server are in my opinion: friendliness, an excellent sense of relationship with the customer, and a smile

Served after everyone, the meat was neither properly cooked nor in the right sauce, I asked to cook it more, it came back way overcooked, fortunately, it still tasted good. The side portion of fries is really small.
Fortunately the dessert was very good but when you go to a Buffalo I think it's more for the meat than the dessert.
