Congratulations to the hotel team! The staff are welcoming, friendly, and fantastic! A huge thank you to the breakfast team; the products are excellent, there's a great selection even for late arrivals, and the staff is incredibly attentive. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful time! Consider adding a cling film dispenser; it would make your work much easier! Keep up the good work! Thank you 🙏🙏

25/04/2026: I went through the drive-thru at 11:15 am, and there was no one ahead of me. They took my order, then I waited over 5 minutes at the register with no one coming to greet me. My partner had to go into the restaurant to ask to be served. The welcome was very unpleasant, with no apology. When someone finally came to serve me, there was no apology, no smile, even though I pointed out the wait. The employee who served me didn't even look at me or respond. On top of that, the fries were very cold (and I live 5 minutes away). We really didn't enjoy our meal. €20 for two set menus, deplorable service, and a bad meal. We've been coming here for years, and we've noticed it getting worse and worse. That's it, we won't be back. We hope you can train or recruit more friendly and professional staff, with real customer service.

18/04/2026: Delicious food, charming staff, iconic decor, generous portions... I highly recommend this establishment. Note: Remember to make a reservation, even for takeout orders.
31/01/2026: We had a wonderful evening, with a delicious meal, including delightful couscous with exquisite vegetables. We have absolutely no complaints, except that we will return with immense pleasure for this journey into the flavors of Morocco!
