Buffet Zen sur La Seyne-Sur-Mer

This was our second or third time going there as a family, and on Saturday night they charged us adult prices for my two-year-old daughter, who obviously doesn't eat like an adult! We mentioned it at the till, and the owner's response was, "That's just how it is!" It's outrageous and not very customer-friendly! The main courses are generally good, but all the desserts are frozen.

Honestly, incredible! We arrived at Zen as a family, no less than 18 of us. They handled it like a pro, immediately seating us at a large table just for us. The welcome and service were exceptional; the staff are incredibly friendly and ultra-professional. As for the food, a solid 4/5! A huge selection, and everything was delicious. Okay, it's clear they're not the best sushi in the world, but honestly, they're still seriously good and fresh. The whole family loved it, and we'll definitely be back!

Since I only eat spring rolls and egg rolls, I'm satisfied with the quality. The rolls are always fresh, the egg rolls a little greasy but acceptable compared to other restaurants. The dishes are quickly replenished as soon as they're empty. One thing bothers me immensely: the staff regularly rearranges the food inside each dish as customers serve themselves. Normally, they use tongs or a spoon, depending on the dish. One employee takes it upon himself to rearrange the spring rolls with his bare hands, which is quicker and easier than using tongs. He's the only one who does this. I've observed it several times, and it's always the same. He touches everything with his hands, all the spoons and tongs held by the customers, then grabs the rolls with his bare hands to place them in the dish. There's no consideration whatsoever, and certainly no hygiene...

Still as good as ever! I enjoy it every time. The setting is pleasant and the staff very friendly.

The food was cooked down. No wok dishes at lunchtime, which is a shame.

Very large space, can be quite noisy. No table service, except for drinks.

On Saturday, the restaurant was quiet and not very crowded, and parking was easy. All the dishes were delicious and freshly prepared. We had a wonderful meal for €26.99 per person. The only downside was the cleanliness of the restrooms, which needs improvement (it must be said that people are dirty and lack civility)!!!

For an Asian buffet, it's fine because it's clean and well-maintained. There's a wide selection of dishes, and while the staff isn't particularly welcoming, they're not unpleasant either. The food is decent, and the noise level is moderate, unlike some other buffets of this type. It's my favorite. I'll gladly come back.
