Burger King sur Avrainville

09/07/2026: I went to the Avrainville McDonald's twice today and both times the same mistake happened. They got my order wrong TWICE: the first time, I received half of someone else's order, and the second time, they gave me things I didn't order… In the afternoon, we had a really grumpy, unfriendly, and unsmiling waitress… I've had better experiences at this fast food chain.

01/07/2026: We arrived for dinner around 9 pm, and the restaurant wasn't as full as expected. Only 3 out of 6 self-service kiosks were working. We placed our order at 9:36 pm (in the restaurant), and I had to go back to check it out at 9:59 pm to see our tray arrive. We ordered three basic meals, and all three included cold fries and sandwiches. I went back to point this out. I don't mind the waste, but eating cold food in the restaurant is unacceptable. They should serve us as we go instead of waiting for orders to be complete before sending them out. I felt my request was a bit of a nuisance. At the same time, I could see the person was trying to do everything at once. When we got to our table, the sauces were missing. And our sandwiches were remade hastily, with the cheddar half melted and the other half in the burger with very little of the "deluxe" sauce. It didn't taste like the "deluxe" sauce we usually love. Damage.
