McDonald's sur Avrainville

I went to the Avrainville McDonald's twice today and both times the same mistake happened. They got my order wrong TWICE: the first time, I received half of someone else's order, and the second time, they gave me things I didn't order… In the afternoon, we had a really grumpy, unfriendly, and unsmiling waitress… I've had better experiences at this fast food chain.

We arrived for dinner around 9 pm, and the restaurant wasn't as full as expected. Only 3 out of 6 self-service kiosks were working. We placed our order at 9:36 pm (in the restaurant), and I had to go back to check it out at 9:59 pm to see our tray arrive. We ordered three basic meals, and all three included cold fries and sandwiches. I went back to point this out. I don't mind the waste, but eating cold food in the restaurant is unacceptable. They should serve us as we go instead of waiting for orders to be complete before sending them out. I felt my request was a bit of a nuisance. At the same time, I could see the person was trying to do everything at once. When we got to our table, the sauces were missing. And our sandwiches were remade hastily, with the cheddar half melted and the other half in the burger with very little of the "deluxe" sauce. It didn't taste like the "deluxe" sauce we usually love. Damage.

For once the service was fast, thank you.

Clean macro, professional service, I recommend

The drive-thru service in Avrainville is fast, and I've noticed that the burgers have been better quality and more generous for the past year.

We come every Thursday evening and what a hassle every time, more than 20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru before the orders are taken, it's shameful!

Today, because of the heat, I decided to order the "Chicken Caesar Salad" set menu, a very bad choice in the end. For €10.50, I got green salad with many wilted leaves, two or three croutons, two or three tiny pieces of cheese, two chicken tenders, and a drink. There wasn't even any bread included in this set menu, unlike in previous years. I ordered a hazelnut oil dressing, which was forgotten. The cutlery was also forgotten. Since I ordered takeout, it seems complicated to go back and point out all these oversights. Furthermore, the server who brought us the bags was very unpleasant, didn't speak to us, just saw that my order number matched the bags, put them next to us, and left. Fortunately, Manon, who took my order, is always very welcoming. Smiling, polite, and engaging, interacting with her is always a real pleasure. It helps to raise the grade.
