Mixed review. Two orders in one week. First order: King box with nuggets instead of onion rings – a drawback as we don't eat meat. Second order today: a drink is missing. The first time we made the trip back and forth, but we don't do that every time, so we'll leave with this disappointment.

What can I say... it's a fast-food restaurant. I've been there quite a few times, and it's always clean and the atmosphere is nice, although during peak hours it's a bit too noisy for me. I'm not talking about the other customers, but rather the kitchen staff, which I can hear more than the person sitting across from me. I'm only giving three stars for the service because I have to check my entire order every time I get takeout, as several items are frequently missing. I've reported these recurring problems to customer service, but well... no response to this day... since it's been over a year since my first complaint and six months since the second... I'm guessing it's company policy.

It was my first time there, and I can say I had a good time. The service was very fast, the atmosphere was clean, and the sandwich could be a little fresher. Overall, it's good.
