This was an unusual visit for me; I usually go to a Burger King in another area. I found the restaurant decent, with good table service from a very patient and friendly waitress, and my order was handled normally. Perhaps a small seating area upstairs would be a nice addition for enjoying the meal in a more relaxed setting.
