Burger King sur Colmar

The hamburgers are very good, but when they arrive cold, they are barely warmed up, and we are told that this is normal since they are already reheated.

A fantastic team! I'm a regular customer at Burger King Colmar, and frankly, I wanted to leave a review because the quality of service deserves to be highlighted. The managers are truly excellent: professional, dedicated, welcoming, and always available to ensure everything runs smoothly. It's a pleasure to see such a well-organized and committed team. Yes, there can sometimes be a bit of a wait for orders, but let's be honest: when it's busy, that's perfectly normal. And most importantly for me, the food is served hot, well-prepared, and of high quality. You can tell there's a team that's giving it their all, even during the busiest times. A big thank you to the managers and the entire Burger King Colmar team for their professionalism and hard work! I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

Yes, sometimes there might be a bit of a wait, but that's perfectly understandable when the restaurant is full and there are a lot of orders. And despite that, the staff does everything possible to ensure that the food arrives piping hot, properly prepared, and with attentive service.

We had a huge rush on Saturday night, but honestly, the team was fantastic! Despite the crowd, the place remained clean, the restrooms were spotless, and we constantly saw team members making their rounds to check that everything was in order. It's really great to see so much professionalism and attention to detail for the customers.

The meal was decent for a fast food place, but the wait time is sometimes very long, almost 30 minutes… Correction: I'm giving it one star. Whereas before you checked if everything was there, now you have to check if they put the right burger in the packaging… a fish burger instead of a beef one, great.
