45 minutes to get my order is a bit long for a fast food place... And I'm not complaining, some people who arrived after me left without eating after waiting for over an hour. There was a mistake in my order (wrong burger). Despite the crowd, the staff were courteous and professional, and they offered me a solution to rectify the error. Thank you to them. The burgers were good.

Probably the least "fast" fast-food place in the world. We ended up here because it's hard to find a kitchen still open in Colmar on a Saturday night at 9:30 pm, so we ordered simple standard meals… and an hour after ordering, we're still waiting to be served. Competence lies elsewhere.
