Very disappointed!!! I go there every week and I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. The toilets are clogged and dirty. We asked for them to be cleaned, and the response we got was, "We don't have time, and if they're dirty, take it up with the other customers!!" It's shameful.

Disorganized service, items missing from the order + when I pointed it out, they confirmed that nothing was missing when it was. The staff wasn't very pleasant except for the young man in charge of the dining room service.

24/06/2026: Great McDonald's! I was greeted by wonderful people at the counter, including the cashier and the first assistant manager. Pleasant, smiling, top-notch service, and I highly recommend it. They didn't forget anything on my order. When I'm back in Grenoble, I'll definitely stop by again.
23/05/2026: As for the food, it's still a fast-food place, so... For a Saturday night, the table service was quite decent (15 minutes). It's a shame my coffee (long, very good) was spilled on the napkins and in the tray. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean.
