Very disappointed!!! I go there every week and I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. The toilets are clogged and dirty. We asked for them to be cleaned, and the response we got was, "We don't have time, and if they're dirty, take it up with the other customers!!" It's shameful.

Disorganized service, items missing from the order + when I pointed it out, they confirmed that nothing was missing when it was. The staff wasn't very pleasant except for the young man in charge of the dining room service.

20/09/2026: Unfortunately, today wasn't a great experience. The woman who served us was very pleasant, no complaints there. However, the bottom steak of my Big Mac was burnt, the bun of my McChicken was also burnt, and the country-style potatoes were far too hot. They were so hot that my wife burned the roof of her mouth while eating them, and she had trouble continuing her meal because it was so painful. It's a shame, because we come here regularly and usually everything is fine. But today, there were clearly several problems with the food preparation.
28/08/2026: Sandwiches were served after a "normal" wait time, but they were lukewarm, and there was a problem with the order preparation. A noticeable improvement—compared to my previous visits—in cleanliness and the staff's attentiveness to customers.
