Great McDonald's! I was greeted by wonderful people at the counter, including the cashier and the first assistant manager. Pleasant, smiling, top-notch service, and I highly recommend it. They didn't forget anything on my order. When I'm back in Grenoble, I'll definitely stop by again.

As for the food, it's still a fast-food place, so... For a Saturday night, the table service was quite decent (15 minutes). It's a shame my coffee (long, very good) was spilled on the napkins and in the tray. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean.

Like all McDonald's, there's no atmosphere; you order at a kiosk and someone puts your tray on the table. As for the food, nothing to complain about, and certainly nothing like what's shown in the photos. And the macaron was way too sweet!

This McDonald's is outdated. Most of the tables upstairs were dirty, and the others were wobbly. The ice cream had no flavor. The women's restrooms were dirty. Where did the McDonald's of my youth go?

Having been a regular customer for years, I like to go from time to time, but you shouldn't be in a hurry during peak hours and you should check your takeaway order carefully because there are often oversights!

Great McDonald's! Very friendly and helpful staff, fast service. Complete order and everything was good, better than at other McDonald's!

28/07/2026: Very disappointed!!! I go there every week and I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. The toilets are clogged and dirty. We asked for them to be cleaned, and the response we got was, "We don't have time, and if they're dirty, take it up with the other customers!!" It's shameful.
