Unfortunately, today wasn't a great experience. The woman who served us was very pleasant, no complaints there. However, the bottom steak of my Big Mac was burnt, the bun of my McChicken was also burnt, and the country-style potatoes were far too hot.
They were so hot that my wife burned the roof of her mouth while eating them, and she had trouble continuing her meal because it was so painful.
It's a shame, because we come here regularly and usually everything is fine. But today, there were clearly several problems with the food preparation.

Sandwiches were served after a "normal" wait time, but they were lukewarm, and there was a problem with the order preparation.

McDonald's was fine; they did forget a few things on our order, but the nice waitress brought them to us. The restaurant upstairs was quite quiet, and there weren't any security issues like in some other McDonald's.

Great McDonald's! I was greeted by wonderful people at the counter, including the cashier and the first assistant manager.
Pleasant, smiling, top-notch service, and I highly recommend it. They didn't forget anything on my order. When I'm back in Grenoble, I'll definitely stop by again.

As for the food, it's still a fast-food place, so...
For a Saturday night, the table service was quite decent (15 minutes). It's a shame my coffee (long, very good) was spilled on the napkins and in the tray.
Otherwise, it was quiet and clean.

Like all McDonald's, there's no atmosphere; you order at a kiosk and someone puts your tray on the table. As for the food, nothing to complain about, and certainly nothing like what's shown in the photos. And the macaron was way too sweet!

This McDonald's is outdated.
Most of the tables upstairs were dirty, and the others were wobbly.
The ice cream had no flavor.
The women's restrooms were dirty.
Where did the McDonald's of my youth go?
