Yesterday I went to Burger King with a friend, and first of all, there was definitely a lack of communication or organization because we waited over 20 minutes before they even called our order (but that's just a minor detail). Then, once we were seated, I wanted to wash my hands before eating, like anyone else would. To access the restroom, you need a code, but I wasn't aware of this and didn't know it. I asked one of the staff members who was near the restrooms, mopping the floor, if I was sure I was in the right place, as this code system was completely new to me. I asked very politely, but the man gave me a dirty look, ignored me, and went back to cleaning. At first, I thought I had done something wrong, but it turns out I was just dealing with a grumpy and unprofessional person. I mean, when you work in a busy place, you need to be at least a little polite. And honestly, is it so hard to spare five seconds of your time for someone in need? Luckily, another staff member very kindly gave us the access code. Of course, this shouldn't lead you to draw any negative conclusions about the restaurant's atmosphere; I just happened to encounter a terrible person who simply couldn't care less about me. Despite that, the food was still excellent, as always.

A huge thank you to Vic for her incredible kindness in helping us with a small issue with our order. You brightened our evening! The restaurant is spacious and clean. You never have to wait long for your order, even during peak hours.

I was peacefully eating my burger when I noticed a strange taste in my mouth. I thought, "It's okay, it's probably just me." But then I realized my patty was half burnt. It was a kids' meal deal, so imagine a child eating that! It's not a huge deal, but my stomach started to hurt quite a bit. Just a heads-up so you can pay a little more attention next time. Otherwise, the rest of the burgers were fine and good, as usual. I love you guys, so I hope I'll be less disappointed if I order again in the future.
