So it really depends on the day and especially on the staff. Sometimes the service is quick and efficient with employees like Amadou or the new manager, other times they're unpleasant and very slow (this has changed now, so I'm updating my review). For example, I came one day when there weren't many people, just two or three. I ordered just one hamburger, nothing else—no fries or drink. I had to wait 20 minutes, but everyone who arrived after me was served. Apparently, they had "forgotten" my order. Anyway, that was a year ago. Since then, the staff has changed, so this McDonald's is really good, but I have many negative experiences with certain employees.

This is the best McDonald's in the 92nd district; it's excellent, the service is welcoming, the fries are hot and crispy, the nuggets are excellent, and they give you plenty of sauce.
