Hello, I would simply like to make a comment regarding the order organization, with the aim of improving hygiene and the customer experience. Would it be possible to review how orders being prepared and ready orders are arranged at the checkout? When I'm waiting for my order, sometimes customers waiting for their own order walk over or very close to the orders already prepared to retrieve theirs. This can unfortunately result in hair, sweat, or other particles falling onto the orders below. I've also noticed that, for some orders being prepared, drinks are placed first, and then other orders are handled or retrieved from above. This doesn't seem ideal from a hygiene standpoint. Another question regarding hygiene: how often do the staff preparing the orders wash their hands during service? Finally, regarding the tables, would it be possible to specify or improve the cleaning frequency? I often find myself having to clean the table myself before I can sit down, or have to find another one that's clean. I want to clarify that my comment is simply a suggestion for improvement and not a personal criticism of the staff. I believe that better organization of the ordering area and more frequent table cleaning would further enhance the customer experience.
