Worth coming to eat, I recommend it. I wasn't disappointed with my meal and the service was very fast. Only downside: 50 cents for ketchup.

The hamburger was absolutely delicious, made with quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The service was quick and efficient, and the team was very welcoming with warm and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place; I'll gladly return!

Excellent welcome, very good food

First time at Factory & Co in La Défense, and frankly, a rather mixed experience. I placed my order, then went to the counter to pay in cash. There, I encountered a woman who seemed to be the manager. I said hello several times, but received no response. However, she later insisted that she had said hello, which clearly wasn't the case. Honestly, it gave me a bad first impression and didn't exactly make me want to stay and eat there. Despite this, I decided to overlook it and give the place another chance. Fortunately, another employee was incredibly friendly and pleasant. She even let me charge my phone while she was busy serving customers. Without her, I sincerely think I would have left. As for the meal, it was pretty good. The fries were good, the burger too, even if the steak was a little cold. No particular complaints about the food. The real downside for me was the service. When you go out to eat, you also appreciate being greeted with at least a smile and a friendly atmosphere. It's a shame, because it clearly spoiled part of the experience. Thanks anyway to the employee who was welcoming and professional.
