Burger King, France sur Epernay

Very nice, friendly staff, and it's Burger King, so it's a safe bet.

I live in Épernay and I always receive good service. We've very rarely had problems with our orders, but that's to be expected once in a while—it is fast food, after all! Most of the staff are friendly and helpful; the one who often serves me is Alex, who is very kind and attentive when he serves us.

We went to grab something to eat and was quite disappointed. While the burger and nuggets were delicious, the fries was clearly reheated and tasted like oil. It had almost no salt and just tasted horrible. It was very quiet, we were the only customers. That doesn't mean they should just reheat previously made fries instead of making new ones.

As always when I order delivery from Uber Eats, I don't get any sauce!!! And it's not for lack of asking for it in the order. Disappointed

The food was excellent and exactly what I expected, and the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely continue to eat in. Edit: This is the second time I've ordered delivery, and the second time I'm missing a burger and a sauce. I can't get in touch with the restaurant to exchange it. Would it be possible to pick it up myself?

As always, the staff were pleasant, and we enjoyed a nice meal in the cool shade – a real treat in this heat.

That's how it should be, even in France. Burger delivers 😃. Friendly, fast service, good selection. Quite a nice outdoor area. We'll have to get used to the toilet setup, unfortunately. Otherwise, top-notch.
