Burger King, France sur Angers

We stopped by on our way to our holiday destination. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. We're regular customers at the Mayenne location, and we noticed the difference in service! Well done!

Hello, it's unbearable, there's never any ice cream. We're going to pay for Boomer meals without Canadry or ice cream. But nothing is offered as an alternative.

I'm revising my review from 2022 because things have changed. The drive-thru service seems to have returned to acceptable wait times, and I haven't had any items forgotten in a while. Aside from the drive-thru being somewhat enclosed (which they can't do anything about), I no longer see any particular problems with this Burger King, except for the fact that the featured items are never available (for example, the World Cup baby burgers, which I've tried five times and never got; the Brutal Bacon burger, which is never available, etc.).

The staff were very welcoming. One small downside: I ordered via click and collect for the first time, but unfortunately, there was a problem with the order, which couldn't be prepared in advance. The team was fantastic and incredibly responsive, but they didn't complete the order... We ordered more expensive meals (the Boomer menu), but unfortunately, there were no free gifts. My child's King Junior menu also came with no free gift, no drink, and no sauce. We paid €53 for the order, but with the missing items, we actually received about €40 worth of food.
