08/05/2026: A disappointing experience at Bagelstein. The price was relatively high for a meal deal that included mini fries and a drink for an extra €5. Two sandwiches I wanted were unavailable, but there was no indication on the menu or anywhere else. I asked about the sauce, received an answer, and then was told it wasn't available. Furthermore, the spicy sandwich the staff identified wasn't the right one; our child got an unnecessary "taste awakening"... The manager offered a gesture of goodwill, apologizing for the inconvenience with three cookies and two coffees. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the food.

10/02/2026: The place is pleasant, and almost clean despite the constant foot traffic. The service from your new manager is nearly perfect. He clearly loves his job.
05/02/2026: Excellent welcome, one of the members (probably the manager) was able to respond to our requests with great friendliness and generosity.
