I'm a regular customer, and this isn't the first time I've been disappointed! The counter is closed for renovations (which isn't the issue). I'm told to use the drive-thru to place my order, which I do. Once I've placed my order, I wait for ages while several employees are busy preparing orders, and they're not very responsive. When I pick up my order, the employee doesn't put it in a bag with the drink; she just hands me the drink without a holder to keep it stable, which is especially important when you're in your car. Wanting to save money on packaging is one thing, but the quality of service needs improvement!

Pizza la Calzone

14/10/2026: Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and suggest the "half pizza, half salad" option. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is relaxing. Thank you.
